Important Information

The sentencing for Ziyad Yaghi, Mohammad Omar Aly Hassan and Hysen Sherifi will be held on Friday January 13th 2012. Please extend your prayers for these men. More information will be available as the time draws nearer. The letters need to continue going for Ziyad, Omar and Sherifi. How would you feel if it was your son/brother in jail?! Won't you want people to stand up for justice and for what is right? If you don't know Ziyad, you can write as a concerned citizen about how an innocent person got convicted with out committing any crime!!! It is nice to show support for the oppressed and stand against injustice! Every time Ziyad calls, he says he did not do anything but yet is facing life in jail!!! Updates About Ziyad Yaghi

All three defendants were convicted on Thursday October 13, 2011. Though charged with conspiring to commit jihad overseas, Omar Aly Hassan was found not guilty of that charge. But he was convicted of providing material support to terrorists.

Yaghi and Sherifi were convicted on both counts (Providing material support to terrorists and conspiring to commit jihad overseas).

Hassan faces up to 15 years while Yaghi and Sherifi face life.
We ask that you continue to pray for the brothers, aid with the appeals process and funds, and continue to pray for a light sentence. Sentencing will be handed down in 90 days.
